1. Definitions
1.1 „Website“  means productive 4.0 website.
1.2 „Work(s)“ means the photographs, illustrations, images, videos, 3D assets, templates, documents (including any copyrighted material included within a template or submitted with a template), or other pictorial or graphic work that you license, access or download through the Website.

2. Ownership.
Except as expressly granted in the Terms, we and our licensors retain all rights, title and interest in and to the Work. No title or ownership interest in or to the Work is transferred to you by virtue of these Terms.

3. License to the Work and Specific Restrictions.
3.1 Partner/Press License 
You/your company receives a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, non-sublicensable, 
non-transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, or display the Work, up to unlimited times for:
(1) marketing, promotional, internal presentation or decoration purposes;
(2) Digital productions such as websites, press releases, articles, announcements, e-cards, e-publications (e-books, e-magazines, blogs, etc.)
(3) Analog productions such as newspapers articles, hand-outs, announcements, cards, print publications, books, magazines, etc.
(4) personal or non-commercial uses.
For clarification, you may 
(a) distribute marketing or promotional materials, internal presentations, works for decorative purposes, or digital and analog productions that incorporate the Work; and 
(b) use and display the Work on websites, if you take all reasonable actions to prevent website visitors from downloading or reusing the Work.

3.2 Partner/Press License Specific Restrictions 
(1) Work may only published within productions with and about the „Productive 4.0 Project“.
(2) Work may not appear in a television program. This restriction does not apply to Works that are displayed on a website or Social Media Sites.
(3) you may not distribute the Work as incorporated into an item of advertisement and merchandise
(4) You may not license or sublicence the work
(5) for all Works, you must display the credit line or attribution in conjunction with the Work and in this format: 
‘‘Author Name/stock.adobe.com“
For clarification, the Author’s Name is part of each JPEG File name, you’ve downloaded. It follows to the word „author“ (file name example: „AdobeStock_97576824_Author_Nataliya-Hora.jpeg“)
(6) You are obliged to send us a voucher copy of the published work within 7 days after publication by post or Email to below diplayed contact.
(7) In case of publishing the work within your production, you allow us to use the production to be 
re-posted on our Website

3.3 Additional Rights.
(A) Employer or Client Use. 
You may use a license pursuant to these Terms on behalf of your employer, provided that you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind your employer to these Terms. You may use the license granted in these Terms for the benefit of one of your clients, provided that you transfer your license to your client, and your client must comply with these Terms. You are solely responsible and liable for use of the Work by your employer or client. You must purchase additional licenses for the same Work if you intend to use the same Work for the benefit of other clients.
(B) Archiving Rights. 
You may create an archive, digital library, network configuration or similar arrangement to allow the Work to be viewed by employees and clients of your company.
(C) Comp Use
You may use, reproduce, download or display „comp“ or preview versions of a Work solely for previewing how a Work may look in production („Comp Use“). 

3.4 General Restrictions.
You must not misuse the Work. Except as expressly permitted in these Additional Terms, you must not:
(A) sell, license, share or distribute the Work or any modified Work as stand -alone or as part of an online database or any other data base, or any derivative product containing the Work in such a way that allows a third party to use, download, extract, or access the Work as a stand-alone file or electronic template;
(B) use, reproduce, distribute, perform, modify, or display the Work (by  itself or in combination with any other work of authorship) in any manner that is libelous or slanderous or otherwise defamatory, illegal, obscene or indecent;
(C) remove any copyright or proprietary notice or other information that may appear on, be embedded in, or is in connection with the Work in its original downloaded form or in any permitted backup copy;
(D) incorporate the Work into a trademark or service mark;
(E) use the Work depicting any recognizable person or property in in a way that would reasonably imply that the persons or property appearing in the Work (if any), endorses any political, economic or other opinion-based movements or parties;


(F) use the Work in a  way that places any person in the Work in a bad light or in a defamatory, unlawful, immoral, or offensive manner, including but not limited to pornography, adult entertainment clubs or similar venues, escort or dating services, tobacco or illegal substance usage, physical or mental ailment or impairment, or engaging in immoral or criminal activities; or
(G) use the Work (or Editorial Work) in an editorial manner without affixing the accompanying credit line or attribution.
